Engelmann Energiesysteme GmbH, an owner-managed engineering firm headquartered in St. Nikola in Austria, has chosen Leipzig as its first branch in Germany. The decision was made after a thorough examination of various location options and marks a significant step for the company as well as for the economy of the Leipzig region.

In the business-to-business (B2B) sector, Engelmann Energiesysteme offers a comprehensive service package of consulting and planning for all technical building equipment. From heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation and electrical engineering to measurement and control technology, the company offers its customers integrated energy concepts and provides support from the initial design to the finished construction site. Its customers include industrial companies, the construction industry and healthcare institutions. In Leipzig, Engelmann Energiesysteme intends to focus on highly efficient energy systems in industrial plant construction, energy optimisation and decarbonisation, thus creating 7 new jobs in the field of planning and civil engineering.
