The owner-managed company has almost 250 employees at nine locations in six countries around the world. The new branch will be managed by Marcus Petzold.

For Natuvion, the commitment in Central Germany with the opening of the Leipzig branch at the beginning of 2021 is the next logical step in its growth strategy. The aim is to further increase the presence for customers, existing and, above all, new employees in the Central German region.

"You could describe Natuvion as a kind of digital moving company. The team doesn't move desks, filing cabinets or chairs. Natuvion moves business-critical data and processes from one technological platform to another," explains Marcus Petzold. Behind Natuvion's "relocation services" are comprehensive data transformation services - such as those required for system changes, mergers, company acquisitions or sales. With the Data Conversion Server™ (DCS), Natuvion has its own powerful migration tool for this purpose, which is continuously being further developed. "Coupled with our IT consulting expertise, we can usually make the changes our customers undergo as part of digitalization possible in the first place. In terms of technology, we work with the top players in the respective markets and industries, including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and powercloud.

Natuvion has many well-known customers. The new location in Leipzig means short distances to these customers. Marcus Petzold is a Leipzig native himself: "My heart beats for the city and the surrounding area. Leipzig is a top location. There's a lot to do with energy here - Leipzig has established municipal utilities, the electricity exchange, VNG is based in Leipzig and it's not far from other major energy suppliers. That was important for us, because this is one of the sectors in which we are very active." Networking at the location is also of great interest to him: "With the IT-Mitteldeutschland e. V. cluster, there is a wonderful network of companies that are very committed. Established business relationships continue to develop and new ones emerge," he explains enthusiastically.

In order to expand the commitment to customers and partners in Central Germany, new "relocation helpers" of all levels of experience are being sought for the regional presence. "We want to appeal to people who are looking to join a stable and future-oriented company. Someone who has an affinity for data, data security and data protection is the right person for us. We also provide training and invest time and money in our new employees. The team spirit and mutual helpfulness at #teamgreen is unique," emphasizes Marcus Petzold. The office is open for a meeting.

The contact with Invest Region Leipzig GmbH came about during a meeting at the E-World trade fair, which was followed by an individual location presentation and location offers for the Leipzig region. "A big compliment goes to the commitment of Invest Region Leipzig and the centrality it offers. We were supported in our search for premises, networking with local networks and in our search for specialists. The city has given us a warm welcome and all Natuvions who use the office in Schlossgasse quickly feel very much at home," emphasizes Marcus Petzold.
