Machines and vehicles manufactured in the Leipzig Region have traditionally stood for the highest quality and have been in demand worldwide since industrialisation. In the past, printing and bookbinding machines, automatic turning spindle machines, aeroplanes or cable cars (like the one to Table Mountain in Cape Town) meant “made in Leipzig” shone worldwide.
