Invest Region Leipzig starts 2016 in Berlin and Dresden

Invest Region Leipzig was present at International Green Week in Berlin. More than 1,500 exhibitors with more than 100,000 products from Germany and the world took part in this international exhibition for food, agriculture and horticulture, which looks back on a 90-year tradition. The 400,000 visitors to the event also found the joint stand of Invest Region Leipzig and Leipzig Tourism und Marketing GmbH (LTM). After all, more than 350 companies are active in the food and agriculture sectors in the Region of Leipzig.

At the beginning of the year, Invest Region Leipzig had its own stand at the Dresden Trade Fair in order to inform future trainees, Bachelor’s students and other interested specialists about the job prospects in the Region of Leipzig and to present the work-in-Leipzig.de job portal. According to the organiser, 459 exhibitors experienced a new record when 30,500 visitors flocked to Dresden.
