New branch office at Leipzig location: ITVT
ITVT Business Solutions Leipzig GmbH moved into its offices at the new Leipzig location at the turn of 2019/2020. As a certified Microsoft partner, including a partner in the 2019/2020 Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Applications, the company primarily offers IT solutions for various industries and their business units: "We serve customers from the energy supply, telecommunications, service, manufacturing and chemical industries. Our service portfolio includes CRM solutions, ERP systems, infrastructure offerings and AI solutions. Among other things, we draw from Microsoft Dynamics-365 products and adapt them to specific industries or customers. We also provide support for the subsequent operation of the solution," says Regional Manager Region East Ingmar Bergmann, describing the tasks of the Leipzig branch.
The company has been in existence since 2001, with its headquarters in Leonberg near Stuttgart. Alongside Leipzig, there are just over 170 co-workers, located in Karlsruhe, Kiel, Hamburg, Meal & Munich. ITVT is represented abroad in the Netherlands, USA and China.
The prerequisites that the city offered spoke strongly in favour of Leipzig as a location: "A high potential of skilled workers, especially due to the universities and colleges in the Saxon region, was an advantage for us. In addition, there is a good investment climate for medium-sized companies, here through the support of the SAB, which helped us a lot," said Ingmar Bergmann. "The discussions and advice provided by Invest Region Leipzig GmbH have also supported us," he explains.
"ITVT already has initial projects with customers in the region. Our goal is to develop a far-reaching and stable customer base in the region. We see great opportunities here to develop further in the fields of energy, telecommunications, industry and services," describes the regional manager. The current considerations are to become a competence cluster ERP within ITVT at the location.
The team at the site is to be expanded significantly: "We have advertised many positions for Leipzig. The focus is on ERP, CRM and cloud technology based on Microsoft technologies. We are looking for new employees in this area, from project management to consulting, development and support. We are open to all categories: from interns and working students to graduates and experts with professional experience," says Ingmar Bergmann. The goal is to grow our location in Leipzig, and at least double the current number of ten employees.
