Double the Power for Leipzig
With two complementary online campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, Invest Region Leipzig (IRL) is currently promoting the Leipzig Region as an attractive business location. Both campaigns aim to attract new companies and investments to the City of Leipzig and the surrounding Leipzig District.
In mid-October, the “Transformation Pioneers” campaign was launched on behalf of the City of Leipzig's Department for Economic Development. Targeting German-speaking markets, the campaign positions the Leipzig Region as a place where innovative companies are actively shaping the future of mobility, energy and climate action. The campaign is part of the “MoLeWa – Mobility in Transition in Leipzig” project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. At its heart are testimonials featuring leading representatives from 17 companies, including businesses from key sectors such as the digital economy and GreenTech. Through their innovative products and services, these companies are driving the transformation of Leipzig's automotive industry into a hub for sustainable innovation.
Diversity and Economic Strength
The landing page for the “Transformation Pioneers” campaign has been integrated into the established “LeipzigUnlimited” campaign website. Supported by the Leipzig Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), IRL is once again showcasing the Leipzig Region as a dynamic and competitive business location. Testimonials from companies based in the region – ranging from global players such as Porsche, BMW and Beiersdorf to small and medium-sized enterprises – highlight the region's economic momentum and appeal to investors. Ahead of the launch of both campaigns, the website www.leipzigunlimited.de underwent a visual redesign. Its new, distinctive tile-based layout brings together all participating companies in one place, highlighting the diversity, innovative spirit and collective economic strength of the Leipzig Region.
