Roofeco Solar Opens New Production Facility in Borna

At the end of June, Roofeco Solar officially inaugurated its new production facility in Borna. Among those attending the opening ceremony were Oliver Urban, Mayor of Borna, and Michael Körner, Managing Director of Invest Region Leipzig GmbH (IRL).

From its new site in Borna, the GreenTech company is now actively supporting sustainable construction with state-of-the-art photovoltaic technology and an innovative roofing system made from 100% recycled plastic. In addition to its exceptionally low carbon footprint, the patented system offers several further advantages, including low costs, lightweight construction, and fast, straightforward installation.
